I found it on EBAY. It was $130.00, or around there if I remember. This is the one with only one key.

Here is the link for the one key Series 100.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/11-thru-14-F...-/161501215986

And the long range system modular system with alarm.

Either one you pick, you will still need to have it activated at a dealer. They usually charge about 1/2 hour labor.

Does that second long range one come with a key? Or a keyless fob?

If I go with factory it'll be strictly because of the remote being on the key itself.

The reason I went with the factory was how simple it was, you drop the glove box down and zip tie the antenna to the bracket that's there already and plug the wire into the plug that's already there, it took 2 minutes and no tools, having the dealership activate it is the toughest part, and the range for mine is around 300-500 feet depending on the situation I guess, but it is awesome for mornings like today to start my truck from inside my house when it 10 degrees with 50 mph wind gusts

I bought the factory one on Ebay from Fairway Ford, too. I installed it my 2014 XLT, It literally takes five minutes to install as everybody says. My dealer only charged me $30 to cut the key and program it in the computer. He said his tech never did it before but he followed the instructions that came with the remote start and said it was easy.

As everyone is saying, I also installed the factory remote start. I also installed the one key set from fairway ford on eBay. Works great. Pretty decent range like most people get. I got my key cut at Walmart and the guy did it for free. I programmed the key. Shopped around for activation. Lucked out and a tech at a quick lane near my house did it for free.

I went with the OEM long range kit from a Ford dealer on eBay, I also have a '14 STX. I opted for the one that gives you the separate little fobs, didn't want to deal with cutting keys and whatnot. Easy install, save yourself some money and do it yourself, it's pretty much impossible to screw up. Then just have your dealer activate it and you're good to go!

The long range unit is a separate keyfob

If you want the integrated keyhead remote start and a longer range then you want the OEM Series 100, and the part in the thread below.
