Far too much time has passed since your last update on this. I suspect we all know the answer, Ford doesn't care to fix this and doesn't think that it will negatively impact them.

Well, just purchased a new vehicle for the Wife and it wasn't the Edge.....or for that matter a Ford.

My Wife asked me why I was so loyal to Ford when I have had to fight to get anything done, and still have lingering unresolved issues. She is right, why WAS I so loyal?

Not anymore. Loyalty is a two way street. Not a one way to a rotary intersection where you go round and round until you exit.......

I will always have a truck, but Ford no longer has any hint of preference in my wallet.

The sync version for the 2015 Escape works great in my F150. Non touch 4.2" screen. Even the sound is much improved. Y'all should release that version which is v4.6.

I am not asking for a new update! I am asking for a fix to the massive bug that has been in existence on a $50k+ vehicle since a couple of months after I bought it NEW!

Still baffles me why more than a year later Ford still does not have a fix for their flagship products (F-150 and Mustang), but has had a fix for some of their other vehicles since January, when they all share the same exact hardware!

Same reason they charge $850.00 for software that does what forscan can do for FREE!!

Corporate America..... If there's no $$ in it for them, they kind of just forget about things and play the old "How far can we pull a jackass without a rope" spiel.

If I didn't know how to work on these beasts, I would probably be driving a Chevy or GMC. <-- same thing yeah I know.
