Go to the Hell Bent Steel website and look at their instructions for the 2009+ lifts. They are pretty good instructions and will tell you what you need to disconnect. (doesnt matter if you have their kit... should still be the same instructions)

You do not need a spring compressor. At points you will need to use brute force. You will want to disconnect the brake line cable BRACKETS... dont disconnect the brake lines. This will give you a little more slack.

I used a small crow bar to help push the bottom strut mount back in place.

I have done it and didn't remove the tie rod ends, to make it easy I did go buy a 30$ spring compressor kit from Auto Zone made it very easy.

I'll bet dollars to donuts this is on the driver's side. You shouldn't have to undo the tie rods. Get a bottle jack and wedge it between the lower control arm and the frame. Don't tighten the top strut bolts down too far, just enough to keep the nuts on. SLOWLY jack it while keeping an eye on the brake line. It was a royal pain, but after wrestling with it for awhile it went in.
