this is funny. i just took all those pieces off yesterday and i'm going to see my guy later today. I'll post back with what he is charging me. he just did my headliner in black suede n it came out awesome! I'm gonna do a build thread when i have some time cause it's been pretty cool to see the progress, but right now we're just getting things back installed from a full tear down of the interior so it just looks a mess. next week it'll be pic worthy. haha.

Im about to do my headliner and visors in suede too. my console is torn out and the seat trim is off from getting painted matte black, so my interior feels like a mess too. going with a modified Raptor console in the middle.. post pics of your stuff when youre done!

vinyl material is superrr cheap. like a 36x60" sheet of it is around 50 bucks, retail price. when doing these small pieces, you are paying for the price of labor for the most part since materials are minimal. With leather, the hide is pricey, so u have to worry about that cost as well. it's not unheard of for leather price to be close to double the cost of vinyl.. hopefully that helps

Do you guys know if it is possible to get a seat embroidered or stamped without taking the leather off? I would like to get "sport" embroidered in my seats (kind of like how the platinums say "platinum"). Is that possible to do without removing the leather?

just got back from my upholstery guy. we cut the plastic rivets off the back to get the armrest off, he said we can use screws to put them back on cause there is a small hole in the peg after you cut the rivet off. we used some dikes and or a chisel n hammer. it was easy, 15 mins we had all 4 off. tomorrow he is calling me with pricing cause the material shop was closed for the day so he didn't know the material cost. I'll post back.

Did you have to take the whole door panel part off? How do you get access to the plastic rivets?

yes the whole door panel has to come off. then you will see plastic rivets holding the armrest on. on my truck they were white, and the panel around the door handle the rivets are black, i assume it would vary depending on year, trim etc.. here is a pic of the back side of my door panel before and after removing the armrest.
