Same boat here, except I have a '13. Mine has sync contacts and Groups under bluetooth settings ->sync. Latest ios, and just today updated sync in hopes that that would do it.

 

If you have it, it will show

 

And make sure if you have more than one sync in Bluetooth settings you are on the right one. I have two, one for each vehicle and only one has the setting.

 

Mine looks just like that except no "Show Notifications", it's just not there.

for those of you that have it working, who is your cell phone provider? I would bet that the ones that don't have that sync option on their phone have Verizon. Verizon loves to lock out features. if this is the case then the ones of us that have Verizon are screwed. I also noticed that when using the nav on the phone the directions are not spoken anymore, on the phone or the truck.
