I think we should all be proud of our F150's no matter which one it is. I have an FX4 because I wanted the black interior and a flow through console. Plus I am not big on chrome. I wanted the 5.4 for towing, but I didn't want leather, so I opted out of the luxury package. To each their own.

Enjoy all you trucks guys. I know I do.......

I'm still in the final stages of making the decision of whether to go with the FX4 or Lariat. It looks like NAV is overrated and you either love or hate the 20'' chromes on the Lariat!

Default XLT or FX4

I am torn between the XLT with all or most of the options or an FX4. I probably wil choose the XLT, because having a fmily of 5 already, I would be maxed out. At least the XLT will allow one passenger if needed if I get the 40/20/40 bench fron seat as opposed to the Bucket seats of the FX4. I will miss the 110 volt inverter, The painted bumpers are nice but the Chrome is good also. Which leads me to a question. Ths SIRIUS radio is nice but only 6 month trial so will the single radio in the XLT subscribe to the SIRIUS network if I choose later or is it an entire different radio? Ohter than that the two for 2011 can be configured very similar. Or is there some nice amnenities not listed in the documentation? I just found out about the fx emblems so I guess that is one already not listed or explained in literature.

If I wanted a FX4, I would have gotten one. I love my Lariat. I wanted the two-tone color, tan leather, chrome grill, and AC seats

I think the posts about color matching are funny... like that's the only difference of the FX trims... lol I agree that you buy what you are into, but at least make honest statements. The inside of my truck cannot be mistaken for any other trim and I like it that way.

i like the fact that you don't see fx2/4's everywhere like you do the Lariats and XLTs

I like my fx4. As said before I don't like the chrome or the wood grain and love the center console.
