This happens to me when I use Google play music in my truck. I like play music because all my music on my computer is accessible on my phone without using up memory. I have a Samsung infuse BTW.

The Ford tutorials on youtube were a big help for me on how to learn SYNC.

On a side note I refuse to pay for a money music service, I stream via Pandora and I also have uploaded all my music to the cloud using Google Music which I can also stream through the sync via bluetooth.
