Well just cause my wheels are spining faster than 20mph or 35mph doesn't mean my actual speed is that high.
If my wheels are spinning it's because I want them to be spinning. Most of the time at least . Ugh I should have bought an old truck. I really dislike traction control taking control of my vehicle.

What's with the fuse pulling? Are other systems connected to the same fuse?

Fuse 36 or 47. 47 allows the E locker to remain functional and 36 does not. Both kill the abs brakes which in turn kills your electronic limited slip, traction control, advance track and the rsc systems.

When you say the e locker is still functional do you mean it still turns off at 20mph, or that it can still be used but will not disengage at 20?

No just it remains functional. It still shuts off as it always does. Fuse 36 when pulled does not allow the locker to engage at all. The Raptor tccm allows those trucks to do up to 100 mph with the rear diff locked. However that doesn't mean anything to any other f150

hmm guess getting the locking diff wasn't as good an idea as i thought. What an eye opener this thread has been.

How come this isn't something that can be messed with in the trucks computer like they do with tuners to control the engine"

Because its programming that isn't in the trucks ECM. .. it's in the transfer case control module. It's like why tuners don't touch abs modules or body control modules. No one writes the software necessary to do anything with them beyond Fords engineering.

ooh two separate units huh?
now i'm catching on haha.

Seems like with all the complaining i've found now that i'm aware of this "problem" someone with some nohow could get themselves in there and find a fix.

After I read how the E-Locker works, a limited slip was all I shopped for. No buttons or switches to mess with because it is always on. It worked great in all my previous trucks and works great in this one.
