From now one I will be telling them whoever touches my wheels needs to know what they are doing. It's not like my truck looked like a clunker coming in there. I think I will rotate them myself as well. So as of today they were supposed to be ordered and be here in 3-5 days from California. I'm guessing there coming from the factory? Do you have any pictures of your fuel wheels on your truck?

Update for anyone that's following along

I called today to ask if my wheels were in, manager said no and he didn't know where they were. He said he would call me right back. 3 hours goes by and nothing. Not unusual as he has never returned my calls. I call back and am told he's off today. I was like really, I just talked to him 3 hours ago. She then said well he took off early. I said that's all I need to know and hung up and called corporate. Today has been a month since they damaged my truck. I am so mad right now, hopefully this manger gets fired next.

I've always been known to be extremely picky and I realize hind-sight is 20/20 but when you pay good money for services you just almost can't afford not to inspect the work these days. There are shops out there that will take advantage in a heart-beat if we don't make it a habit to checking out their services when their finished.

Well I got a call from the head guy of the store this morning. He had no idea what was going on and had no idea how out of hand this has gotten. We had a long talk. I thought I was talking to the head manager, apparently I wasn't. I feeled out a survey last night and the surveys go strait to corporate it turns out. He said he would get on top of this and make things right and see if the wheels were ever ordered.

It's finally done and I got my new wheels. I was very well taken care of this time. I was able to get my oem wheel locks back on. They gave me gorilla lug nuts that are splined but all the keys are the same. So I now have those and my oem wheel lock.

That's a nice upgrade from the chrome clad wheels.

Thanks, I am really loving them! It's like a totally different truck. They are a little wider then my stock wheels which makes the tires a little wider which I like because the oem wheels made them kind of look like pizza cutters.
