Default Discount Damaged wheels

So my truck is a 2013 has 16000 miles, wheels had been rotated once and I had my first set of new tires installed Saturday. I decided to wash the glue off the tires today and wash the wheels and found this. Every spoke in the second and third picture on every wheel has this damage. The two front wheels have damage where it looks like they were hit with a hammer. My wheels didn't have a scratch on them before. How upset would you be and what should I expect them to tell me when i call monday morning? I already tried to polish it out on wheel, it's trough the chrome and you can feel it with your finger nail 😭

How long had it been since you had them rotated? If it's been a while they may tell you to pound sand.

I had a wheel damaged due to tire rotation and I caught it right after it happened. The shop bought me a new wheel.

Sadly I think they will say your wheels were like that when you came in. I recently had my tires rotated and a week later I noticed one locking wheel lug was missing. Went back to the garage hoping they forgot it and still had it. No, "we don't have it...must of not been there when you came in". I guess they forgot to tell me the truck was missing a locking lug nut while they were busy double "torquing" them all.

That looks like marking from an automatic car wash with the wheel track. But if on all wheels not sure...

Usually the tire machines don't extend that far onto the rim.

The truck has never been through a car wash machine and i have had it since it was new. I honestly rarely drive it and it sits inside do to work. It's on all 4 wheels on every spoke in the same place. Then both front wheels look like they were hit with something. Thankfully I decided to wash the wheels and tires today or it may have been months before I found it then I would have surely been screwed. I hope they take care of it, I bought two sets of ko2s Saturday, the other old truck appears fine. Why couldn't they mess that one up? I will find out tomorrow that's for sure. I wish I would have looked now before I left but the wheels were dirty and I was in a hurry and figured tire guys knew what they were doing.

At least the tires looked good after I washed them and got the rest of the blue stuff off. They washed some of it off but not all of it. I really like my wheels and have polished them before this happened. They are like looking at a mirror.

Try never dull or a wheel polish, I've used never dull for year's on all different kind's of wheel's. I had mark's that looked like that on my plat wheel's an it took almost all of it off.
