Default Cooled seats question

Anyone's cooled seats not cool on the back panel? It's been hot lately and I can barely feel any air at All. Pass and drivers side. I can hear the fan blowing. But it sure seems like its working hard for very little air. Am I missing something or is it time for a trip to the dealer.
Thanks

I didn't think they were cooled in the back, just the seat area. At least that is the way mine feel

See I would believe that but my co workers 2011 works on the bottom and the back. That sucks if that's true

Well hell, maybe I need to make a call to the dealer as well! You have about the same truck I do...so maybe others can chime in!

As do I, as I am not necessarily fond of the one I bought it from. I am hoping their service is decent. I might check mine without my *** sitting in it and see if I can feel any cool...then maybe stop by and see what they think.
