I can barely tell mine are on either when set to the highest level. I've read some posts on here saying that people would have to shut them off or their nuts would freeze to the seat. I def don't feel that way. I might be making a trip to the dealer.

It is not far, but I have about 4 others within a 15 minute drive! I might make a call and see what they have to say...if some people say it freezes them out, I am definitely not getting that...I can barely feel the back and the bottom doesn't freeze me out. I dunno, hate taking it in so soon after getting it.

Doesn't freeze me out at all but the wife says it feels like she wet her pants. I don't get much back action unless I lean forward a little

Lol. Maybe I'm setting my expectations too high. I'm expecting it to feel as if I stuck my back onto a glacier. But in all honesty if you sit on a hot leather seat without the cooling and compare it to how mine feels now you can def tell the difference but for whatever reason I want it more cool. Sounds to me that everyone's are similar to mine and their may actually be nothing wrong with them.

Mine works well, both top and bottom, I never wear shorts so no freezing here. It won't blow hard enough to feel it with your hands but I can Feel that is cooler than with nothing at all. Also it will only cool to the air temp with vents, meaning if you turn it on without The A/C system on it will blow, but not air conditioned air. Hope it helps.

I have a 2013 Platinum and my seats cool the back and bottom. I also bought mine at Grapevine Ford and they are top notch service!
