There are 3 relays total. The Cooling fan relay is working. So you need to check the low speed and high speed relays. First make sure they are plugged in all the way. Then you can read the part numbers to find another relay identical to the low or high speed and swap them. Try to find a relay that is not real important like heated seats, etc.

I haven't had a chance to look at the relays yet, but I did look at some levels and my coolant is extremely low. Could that potentially cause anything? I was talking to a guy at my work and he was saying it may have something to do with it. Any thought on that?

Yes that certainly could be it. When the A/C runs, it dumps the heat is collects in the cab into the condenser which is in front of the radiator. This increases the temperature of the air moving across the radiator.

Update: I put in almost a gallon of coolant. Let it run for a few minutes before coming to work and listened for the noise on the way to work. It did not make the noise this morning. I checked the level when I got to work and it was low again, but then I realized that the level is for when the engine is cold, so i will check that before I leave. Hopefully, that is all that it was, but I will keep an eye on it. I'm still wondering why the coolant was so low though. I bought the truck just over a month ago, so I figured that the dealership would have checked all that, which makes me think that there could be a leak (but I hope not). I looked on the ground this morning and there was a little bit of liquid on the ground, but I had my air on so I figured that is what it was. Running my finger through the liquid, it just seemed like water (didn't have a texture or smell).

If it is really low, there will be air trapped in the system. Once you fill it, the level will drop some. That is normal.

Oil is good and no smoke coming out of the exhaust. I checked the level again and it is back low (filled it to the max line yesterday and it is now below the minimum line again). Must mean I have a leak somewhere. The ground underneath the truck was wet from the rain when I checked it, so I couldn't exactly tell the differences in the liquid and I haven't quite been able to pinpoint where the leak is coming from.
