Update:

I monitored the situation this weekend. It doesn't do it for the first 10 minutes on cold start (I'm assuming because the engine hasn't warmed up yet), but after about 10 minutes, the fans start running. And I tried it with both the A/C on and off and it does it regardless. I paid attention to the temperature outside as well, and according to the time I was driving it this weekend, it ranged from 60- 85 degrees.

I never hear mine at that outside temp range.

Yea from some other threads on here, i have seen people say when it is 90+ outside they will hear it, but I find it odd that it does it when it is 60 degrees outside.

As I believe I said earlier, mine started running high all of the time. Dealer replaced one of the 2 fan relays and the full fan assembly. I

At some point (hopefully soon), I will take it to get looked at and see if they can find anything.

If you are not under warranty, you may want to find the 2 relays under the hood, have them checked or replace yourself and see what happens.

Does your AC work OK?

Yes my A/C works great.

And it is not under warranty. I'm not a big car guru or anything like that, so I am not 100 percent sure what exactly I am looking for. Doing a search it looks as if they relays are in the power distribution box (where all the fuses are and all). Is that correct? And if so, which relays am I exactly looking at? Just the electric fan relays?

Something else you may try just for grins, disconnect your truck battery for 15 minutes to see if it possibly resets something.

I will do both of those and let you know what happens with it. Thanks for the input.
