What? I didn't say build your own tune. Get a 5*, livernois, ect. Don't get an edge, bullydog, or banks crap.

Dude a tuner will void the warranty if it messes anything up! But a reliabledevice wouldn'tdo this. Ford shouldn't cover this. No fault on them in this situation!

Nope. They did absolutely nothing. However USAA did cover about half. F*** Bullydog! They're products are garbage and their customer service is even worse. They don't even have an 800 number to call toll free. I had to pay for a 2 hour long distance call after everything was said and done.

Stumpy, I would have given them your number and have them call you back so you wouldn't foot the phone bill either...sheesh, what Di ck heads.

I can't say enough about how pathetic BullyDog handled this. They're literally blew me off once they realized that my computer was fried. They wouldn't return my calls and thanks to caller ID, stopped taking my calls!

I just don't know why people don't do research before purchasing something. You would have quickly found out that they are the laughing stock of the tuner world.

Stumpy, looks like a report to BBB is order now.. Not that they did anything illegal (i think?), but just to report your issues with them.
