Default Bullydog fried my computer!!!

This is BS!! I've had a BullyDog GT tuner installed on my truck for about a month now with no issues. Yesterday I decide to uninstall the current tune and change to a new one...90% of the way through it powers off and starts a continuous power cycle. Long story short, I was on the phone with BullyDog for 2 hours on long distance with no luck at all! I had to get my truck towed to a shop to find out that the unit completely fried my computer!!! I am now looking at a $1600 repair!!!!!

sorry to hear about it. I know a lot of people, including myself are concerned about warranty issues and something happening to their engine. Something like this will really fan the fires of doubt for all tuners.

tuners have been around for 20+ years, this represents about .00000001% of them, I wouldnt say tuners are bad, I've had em, so have millions others without issues, but the mfgr should step up and solve this as it could cause more to fry (if thats the root cause).

If BullyDog does not fix your computer, that really sux and looks horrible on their part. If you're still under warranty through Ford and they don't fix it either, this lets many of us know that a tuner does have the potential to void at least a part of the warranty, if something goes wrong. ?
