Ok, I have a F150 2011 EB. I've used the Bully Dog GT Gas tuner for over a year not with no issues. Installed the lastest code today. Went out to my truck and downloaded latest code and tunes. The tune installed just fine, no errors, nothing. Truck won't start. Won't even turnover. Dash shows the usual warning lights you see when tuning the truck. I can't even go back to stock as the tuner hangs up on the first "turn key to run" option. Pulled the positive on the battery for 5 minutes. Same thing. Of course it's Sat. and Bully Dog support is nowhere to be found. I submitted a support request. Does anybody have any ideas? Any suggestions on how to fix this? I need my truck this weekend and this is bad timing. I hope Bully Dog has a solution because I am not going to tow this damn thing to Ford and have the ECM re-programmed because of a Bully Dog failure.

wow, sorry I'm no help, but please keep us updated. This is one of my worst fears of having a tuner. Maybe once this gets settled you should look into 5star or Livernois who has much better customer support. BD is a can tune that is only open M-F 9-5pm if you're lucky.

The only thing I would add is to see if it is out of park/in gear for some reason.

Well, there's your problem right there!

You might have fried something. I've heard of quite a few cases of bully dog tuners frying computers.
