The 'flaw' on our year group (one of them anyway) is that the control arm pockets are slotted. It doesn't take much to knock the front end out of alignment.

Prior to all the suspension mods on my truck I had the cams installed after 3 trips to the alignment shop. Never had another problem after having the cams installed.

^^^ that's what they look like.
So 4 are needed? Is that for 1 front side and 1 backside of each LCA?

yes you need 4 total. the ones that I linked come in packs of 2, so you need 2 packs to get 4 total.

No, there isn't. ford doesn't include it on the factory floor, the OP made no mention of non stock ride height, Ford doesnt do it, the "manager" was lying. This is a solution looking for a problem. The aftermarket ones are made for that reason, Moog is not OEM equipment, they are aftermarket and design camber bolts with more adjustment capabilities and non manufacturer spec eccentric ranges, been there, done that, got the t shirt over a decade ago. What the OP is asking has not been directly answered, only inferenced by everyone else assuming radical suspension geometry is afoot. I played with lowering a four wheel independent suspension car before saddam hussein was killed, ive played the endlink game, used Koni shocks and progressive rate springs, adjust toe, tension struts, and rear toe link geometry and did it all with OEM parts. And i can guarantee that i flogged my car harder than most of the jacked up pavement divas on this forum.

the lower control arm pockets are slotted for adjustment

the only thing keeping the LCAs static is the torque of the LCA bolts

EVERY Raptor that has been taken off road has had to use these alignment cams because the entire weight of the front of the truck is pushing/pulling those LCA bolts during a compression/rebound event (jumping, etc...) causing the vehicle to need an alignment. Name: image-122817989.jpg

^^^ in the last photo you can see that we eliminated the problem by reinforcing the pocket and removing the slot - or more correctly we set the new bolt hole at the outer most position of the slot.

I added adjustable upper control arms so I still have the ability to fine tune the alignment but no longer have to deal with the flawed design from the factory.

In this photo you can see that we also reinforced the rear pocket. You can't see from this angle but we eliminated the slot in the back pocket as well.

Update:

I took my truck in for the second time this week for a proper alignment but they could not do the job correctly. Steering wheel is not centered and the camber is still off. They did not have a come along in the shop which I told them would help them do the alignment. They still tried to sell me the camber bolt kit...

I have asked for my money back. Can somebody recommend a shop in north Houston that can align an F150?

Just out of curiosity, I'm guessing you got it fully aligned and THEN eliminated the slotted connection?

Even so ... why would you eliminate that? How can you adjust for camber/caster now if there is no real adjustment to make on the LCA?
