Sorry, I don't have a template. I do have a fabrication jig.

The angle at the battery corner is 90 degrees. You can mark the fuse support angle by simply placing a piece of angle at the angle you want then measure it or tack weld it and space the second piece the width of your fuse panel.

Material 3/4" angle for the frame, 1" flat at the end.
