Default adding an additional fuse box

for those of you who have added a fuse box for accessories where did you place the extra fuse box? in the cab? or out under the hood? pics would be well appretiated. I just purchased a 6 fuse holder from autozone but cant figure out a good spot to mount it.

I bought a Blue Seas aux fuse block but haven't got it installed yet. I was planning on mounting it some place in the engine compartment but haven't searched yet.

I added the Blue Sea fuse panel under the hood. I wanted easy access and close to the battery for the power run. I had a heck of a time trying to figure out a place for it. I fabricated a bracket that would hold the relays and use the top of the batter tray lip to secure it. Clear of the A/C lines, battery is removable, etc.

That's a great clean install. You wired it to 12v switched with the relay, so it's not hot all the time? Nice.

Subbing, I would like to do this, as well as add a dual battery set up if I can get it figured out. I'm looking into a switch system like they have in boats, so I can run accessories all I want, with the engine off without worrying about getting stranded somewhere.

The Blue Sea fuse box has a main power run to the battery positive, and a ground to the fender well. The picture doesn't show the final wiring.

It has 6 separate fused circuits. I have a relay that is powered by each of the fused circuits. I have 5 circuits in use right now. Lights, air compressor, etc.

Well..... Would you be interested in making another one!? If not, do you happen to have the dimensions on hand? If you wouldn't be interested in doing it. If you could be so nice to give me some dimensions I'm sure I could find someone to build it for me. Thank you for anything you can offer.

I made a cardboard template. I could easily make one or scan in the template? whichever.
