Default Hard 5-4 downshift

Hello,
I have a 2011 3.5L 4x4 F-150 XLT SCREW. Occasionally it has a very firm downshift from 5-4. It almost feels like someone bumped into the back of the truck when it happens. It seems like it only happens when the transmission is cold (below 110 degrees according to the dash).

Anyone have this happen, know what could cause it, or how to fix it?

Thanks!

The only TSB I could find is 15-0142, which only applies to 2015's is there one for earlier models?
