Default Activate Rear Camera with Power Button... bug??

Need a drink tonight so just got back from the gas station... on the way home, while making a turn at the light, I ran over a small rock or something while I was pressing the power button on the radio... so I accidentally pressed the power button twice and the rear camera came on screen!! Tried pressing the power button again and all it did was turn the radio off and and press again and it came on while the screen is still on rear view. Pressed it twice and the rear camera went off.

So I decided to test it again and I can repeat it! While driving, I can press the radio power button twice and the rear view camera will come on. Pretty sure this is a bug but it's a good bug to have! hehe.

Someone was asking about turning on the rear view camera while driving. This might be a solution.

I have a 2012 F150 with Microsoft Sync and Sony radio.

Looks like you have a 2012. The nav systems where changed in 2013 to a slightly different version. I cannot wait to try this!

Hey, everyone -

I know some of you are happy with this, but it's not normal behavior.

If you're able to replicate this, I recommend having your dealership investigate why this is happening.

I am guessing you are saying this, because this could be a liability for Ford?
