Now that everything is tuned I find myself wanting to experience real quality music. @woodall01 recommended sound of music by Pentatonix and it sounds incredible. I also like to listen to the weeknd as a good mix between vocals and bass.

So, what’s your go to “I can’t wait to hear how this sounds” song?

That's the hard part - you find something that sounds incredible but most other music is "okay". I've noticed classic rock doesn't put much base out as what I envisioned. I'm guessing it's the way it was mixed when recorded.

Yep and it’s frustrating. I’ve been listening to rammstein which hits harder than hell, but not all similar music will beat like that.

I'd start by subscribing to Tidal. You'd be amazed at the difference in sound from a high bit rate vs a low bit rate song. From a standard mix and studio mastered mix. Even with the nicest equipment, a mediocre mix can only sound so good. Give your system the best it can get. It's like putting regular unleaded in a Ford GT. It may run but it's not going to run very good. I imagine you will find, some of the songs you thought sounded ok, will really start sounding good with a high quality recording.

Most of the "tuners" I know recommend using Madonna's Vogue for tuning sound systems.

Madonna's stuff always sounds good. MJ has always had quality recordings (CD). One of my favorites is Billy Idol's Prodigal Blues, and has been since I first got into mobile audio back in the early 90s. Has some incredible bass, and overall will really make your system work.

Ill check it out, currently I use Apple Music. I fear that I’ll enjoy the good stuff too much, how do you manage that? I have a good amount of music already downloaded I would rather not start over but if it’s worth it I might.

edit: just saw they offer military hifi for 11.99 a month, see ya guys later !
