I just traded in my 2015 Frontier on a 2015 F150 ecoboost. I have a ton on audio stuff to transfer over and and really nice double din Pioneer head unit. Is there any mount solutions out there?

 

Depends on which dash you have, if you have nav, etc.

Its got the 4.5 inch screen. I called Metra and they said they are in the works and would prolly be released in the new 60-90 days

 

If Metra makes one as bad as the one they made for the 13-14 I would pass. But who knows??

 

Metra has nothing in the pipeline yet, Scosche will probably be first, they at least have a picture and a part # FD6209B

I've been periodically calling Metra since September last year. I've been told numerous times they have a kit in development, although they've blown the spring 2016 target launch date. Hopefully we'll have options soon. The base head unit sucks.

Have to admit I should have researched it....but I purposely bought an xlt this time...no 8" screen or nav as I got chumped with my 14 sony system (to integrated to use anything but stock and use an loc)
so I figured this time I get the basic and put in a nice head unit/nav... opps sorry, not sold yet? really... these trucks been out what...2 years now

I'm looking to do the same, and add a back up camera. I messed up and bought a prior rental so I'm having to add a bunch of stuff after the fact. But my payment is low
