windo tint
As for bubbles, its all in the application. Have to soak the film and apply it to a wet window, then use a squeegee to remove the excess water from beneath the film once it is cut to size. The more time you spend on the application, the better its going to come out.
I used to work in a shop that did tinting, and i can tell you that there is basically zero difference between what they are installing and what you can get from any store with an auto shop. The price comes from installation, not the equipment.
I used the mirror tint made by gila at Advanced Auto parts. Its great because it looks factory so cops dont even notice it, especially at night. I put it on myself, without any bubbles. I did a pretty rough job of cutting the tint but you can only tell when the windows are rolled down halfway. It cost me $15 for the front two windows and then $10 for the application kit that includes dvd instruction, a squeegee, an exacto type knife, and the non-ammonia based cleaner.
btw it is not alcohol based cleaners, but ammonia based glass cleaners that you are not supposed to use on window tint.

i just got 25% in the back and 35% on the sides. Cost me $50 for all of it since i had a credit from getting my tint taken off my last car and was planning on having them put it back on after inspection but i sold the car so they used the 60 towards the tint on my truck
ill post some pictures up when I get home

Tint turns purple if you use alcohol based cleaner on it. Shop installed or self installed from Walmart. So, throw your Windex out if you have your tints because you're gonna fock it up.

I would suggest 20% all way around. It's dark but not so dark to where John Law is gonna be all over you. All my vehicles have 20% and I've never gotten a ticket ( knock on wood ). Back when I was younger I always used 5% and a 15%. I even doubled up sometimes. Too many times of getting pulled over and bothered, this is why I suggest 20%.
Use quality tint if you decide to do it yourself. From the looks of the OP it appears to be a regular cab truck. I couldn't imagine it costing over $120 for the entire truck incl. a windshield strip if you let a professional do it.
