The Ultimate MPG thread.
My 2018 XLT 2.7 has averaged 20.8 MPG over the 2700 miles I've put on it since Oct. '17. This is highway, town, and mountain driving combined. I've hit 24.3 MPG on the highway a time or two with the cruise on 65 MPH. This blows my mind given that I drove a Nissan Frontier V6 supercharged for 11 years and got 15 MGP around town and maybe 17 on the highway, unloaded and going downhill.
Oh, and I'm running Blizzaks on the F150 to boot.

Ah, I get close (22MPG) with my 2011 FX4, 5.0! And I have no issues pulling. Of course, I keep it at 65 or less, with gradual accelerations and such. Not a hyper miler by any stretch, though, just moderate in applications. My wife averages 17MPG in her '15 Grand Cherokee, with 5.7 Hemi, and I get about 21. Drives her nuts !! :-)
I got 16.5 these past two weeks and I'm pretty confident it's because of the sub zero weather. the truck is new also, but the cold really drains it.
I haven't filled up again since the cold snap, but I am seeing about 2-3 mpg lower on this tank full so far. More city driving, so it's not a direct comparison. But I can tell by the economy meter gauge that even on the highway, I'm not tracking as well on mileage as I was in better weather. We'll see on the next fillup.
I"m about 17.5 combined with 2 fill-ups. Honestly I can't go slower than 75 on the freeway. Well I managed to keep it at 70 the other day with cruise control on but I feel like I'm parked, while getting passed on the left AND the right.
