Man dad once got out of ticket doing 70 in a construction zone. Don't know how he talked him out it. Regardless all the cops know him for his schanigans in his younger years.

Damn was it a town cop cause I got caught reckless driving with two buddies and I was underage at the time and got away with it. Don't see how you got out of an MIP though.

Never hurts to go to court.

Best case scenario cop dosnt show up or the judge gives you community service.

Worst case they just make you pay the ticket.

well i got you beat, 76 in a 45, dumb move, was under 18 so it was mandatory suspension, i had the choice of 30 days no driving or 60 days with work and school privileges, court cost was $74 and if i took a refresher driving class i didn't have to pay the fine, the course cost me $25 to where as the fine was a $1 per mph over, you basically had to take the class no matter what, was lucky to not get wreckless op. which is supposed to be anything over 30+mph, but if the cop does not write it on the ticket the judge cannot give it to you, needless to say i have not really speed since, just the 5-8 over on the highway
