Yeah, wow! I'm sorry that happened to you. That really sucks that some people are really reckless drivers and have no sense. I'd probably would've gone off too because he endangered my family. It's just good that everyone was ok and drove away safe. You shouldn't let your emotions get the best of you to where you put you or your wife in danger. That guy could've been packing, or the way you were feeling, you could've done something you may have regretted. I'm glad you guys are ok! Count to ten next time it happens! Works for me!

Sounds like something a Subaru WRX ricer would do. In my area every single person who drives a squatted Impreza is an entitled d-bag who thinks he's in The Fast and the Furious. But its never worth it to retailiate against their agressive idiocy. Too many lunatics with short tempers and weapons out there.
I talk all day about dragging one of these WRX ricers out of his car and giving him a curbie and pissing on his corpse, but those types of acts are best left to the imagination.

But now you've posted it online so if it ever happens it's premeditated.

Obviously some people in this thread haven't had to deal with DC area traffic. Getting cutoff is the norm. It happens so often it's not even considered aggressive in most cases.

If anyone came to Chicago... You'd be pissed off and have high blood pressure going to the grocery store. The only other place that has Chicago-like traffic is New York.

Wanting to get out and "talk" to the guy? And you started yelling at him from your window because he cut you off?! Sounds like you were in the wrong here. In that situation there is no reason to do any of what you described. I'm glad we don't have to deal with that around here. People know that just about everyone is carrying or has a shot gun in the back seat. No meed to start a fight over someone cutting you off

This guy has stated that he carries in his truck, admits to almost escalating being cut off to a full on fight, then said a lot of ignorant people are carrying that shouldn't be.

Oh the irony!

It doesn't sound like you carry, probably a good thing. A person that does has taken multiple classes on gun handling and responsible ownership-period.
You weren't their Dr. Phil. So .... when and if it's happens to you then chime in. I don't have to rehash the events. Theirs a difference between a little cut off move and a full blown deliberate Nascar trading paint move. Sure I wish a cop had been there. This guy was an ***. And I was pissed. Did I want to get out and knock some sense into him-yes. Did I even think of my gun?-Hell No. If he had apologized.....that would have been that and I would have moved on. Will in show more restraint the next time it happens.....Yes! , I'll probably just get their license plate and call the cops. :Enough:
