I can appreciate your position. It's a he said , well ....he said. Honestly this dude carelessly and with reckless abandon cut from the right merge lane, diagonally past my front bumper(I could see the backup sensors) into my lane at over the speed limit of 40mph? If it was me I would have owned up to it.

Any time you are willing to get out of your vehicle and confront another driver, except in a crash, it is a poor judgement call or your part and you are participating in road rage. If no one was injured and no damage was caused, just let it go. It's not worth giving some crazy person the opportunity to blow your brains out. If you can't let it go then you are part of the problem and just as guilty as the other guy.

It can get the best of us. I too have been prone to pop off, feeling like I need to deal some Justice. Had a jerk not let me on the freeway the other day. Bumper to bumper traffic, everyone is doing the zipper except this a-hole. Forces me onto the shoulder, i'm in a rental car. Man I was hot. Had plenty of time to get out and handle business. But I didn't. I looked at my 4 year old in the back seat and held my breath. I was still shaking getting off the freeway. Called my dad and told him how pissed I was. He said "doesn't matter son, you made it home safe, you won".
I wish I could say I always took the higher road.
Had a girl cut me off on the feeder. I was exiting the freeway into a 45 MPH feeder and she was on my ***. Flew around me, flicked me off, slammed on her breaks then threw it in reverse. I had already slowed considerably, there was a of of traffic. I didn't give her the finger, I didn't yell at her, I have no idea to this day why she was so mad at me. She whips her car into the parking lot and I pull up next to her and roll down my window. She starts yelling at me from inside the car. I let her finish and I asked her if she was all right, keeping my cool. She gave me the finger told me to F the hell off. I asked again if there was an emergency and she had the window fully down by now screaming at me. I said "Look ma'am you had me worried, I don't know what i did wrong..." She cuts me off "You were driving to F'kng slow holding up traffic A-hole!!!! Go F your self you stupid piece of s---!"
I looked her dead in the eye and said "You know ma'am, in these parts people carry guns, my wife included" She responded with more profanity, got out of her car and kicked my door and went inside the store.
I was shocked, there was no damage to the truck. My house was only 5 minutes away.
I went home, traded cars and went back to where she parked. I let the air out of all her tires. I can only imagine the look on her face when she left the store. No damage done, just a major inconvenience.

Wow dude, settle with fists? Getting out of your car and starting a fight with him because he cut you off? You realize he'd be in the clear to pull his gun on YOU in that situation and shoot you dead? Man I feel like my IQ has dropped a few points just reading your posts

Point of the matter is...that their are people that have them in their possession that have no business.
I think you have no business having possession. You've clearly shown you let your emotions rule you. You'd get out of a car to start an altercation with someone because they cut you off. People like you are PRECISELY the kind of people who should not be carrying. How do you think road rage escalates to the point of firearms? It starts with people getting out of their vehicles to continue conflict.

Yea but you thought about it. You drove up and escalated the conflict, the exact opposite of what you should be doing. You mention hot heads that shouldn't be carrying, well that describes your self to the letter unfortunately.

Hot head yes......we rolled up to the intersection side by side after the slight lane change he made on me when the light turned red. That's when I had a conversation with him-period.
