Reverse Camera?

Reverse Camera?
So I installed a aftermarket headunit in my 06 and it can handle a reverse camera, but I don't know where i should mount it.
Does anyone have or know where i can buy a tailgate handle that has the camera in it?
Or any other way that would be good way to mount it? maybe in the emblem? I just want something that is out the way and is easy to install.

I am in a similar situation. I have a 2010 and want to put an aftermarket camera in but need it to show the hitch as this is the most important part of the camera for me. I will get a screen that goes in the truck somewhere. Sorry not trying to steal your thunder but seems as if we need the same thing ultimately.

I just put on an aftermarket on mine. I picked a license plate frame that had the camera in it and that will see the trailer hitch just fine.
There is also a massive thread here:

This thread explains how to use the OEM emblem camera for the 09-10, but will probably also work for your 06 with an aftermarket HU as you just need the pinouts.

I been looking but i can't find somewhere where i can buy the handle with the camera slot.. any ideas?
and also since i already have a hu that can already handle the camera is all i need a camera and the handle?
and there is one wire that come out the back that says reverse camera, so would it be as easy as hooking up one wire?

I believe it was a Boyo... this looks like the one I have:

Picture quality is mediocre... but I see enough of what I need to see without spending the extra money for the blue-oval camera, or for something with "night vision"

I ran the cable to the back of my aftermarket head unit. I wired it using the switched power on my 7-pin trailer connection.
It is basically an rca connection.
