Default classic lovers

You guys make me want to thro a pic of my 73 f250 Camper Special. Original owner drove it to Alaska and back, I've had her since 1984. She just turned 100K. Motor is a 360 with a 390 crank (.010/.010 OS) and 390 pistons (.030 OS). Engine has 35K since OH. Any ways she's mine and you can't have her. HA HA.

Nice looking truck, Seth. Keep the pics coming. I wouldn't mind seeing yours too, Bill.

Mines not a Ford but there are definitely classic truck lovers out there. I have a 1962 International that I'm restoring, a neighbor has a '64 IH and a friend of mine has a '60 something Scout.

We're out here, Mike

I'm sure the classic truck lovers are out there, I'd just like to hear from them more often. Pictures would be cool, too.

I have a 79' F150, 351, runs great.

I just bought a project truck:
1966 F100 2wd, Straight Six with 4 Speed.
So, I have a question for you Ford Motor Heads. The VIN says "A" for the engine code, which translates to a 240Ci Six. The guy I bought it off, thought that it was a 300Ci Six. How do I know for sure if is a 240 or a 300? I think it is the original 240, everything looks very original. It has the FoMoCo stamps everywhere. I have found stamps on the engine block, exhaust manifold, Carb. tag, rear axle. Can anyone give me info on my truck, if I supply the factory stamping codes?
Thanks, Mike in Washington State

Oh, and she runs pretty good already.

Hey Mike, sounds like some cool trucks you have there. We will have to see some pictures, especially the '66. As far as the engine identification goes, try www.fordification.com, it should help.
