Default Banjo Bolt Washer?

I'm rebuilding a D44 out of a 79, I have new calipers and rigid/flex line assemblies. I have new banjo bolts. There is a copper washer/seal.

My question to the board is:

How many of these seal/washers are required per banjo bolt?

How many came with the kit? I would think two per bolt.

I bought the kit from Jeffs BGY, only one came with. I wrote them and requested 3 more. I am thinking you are correct that each side takes 2.

Don't forget when you install them to torque to about 75% of final torque wait about 15 min then final torque to set point. Thats the way we did it in the service.

Two per bolt. One on each side of the fitting.

Be aware that these can not be re-used. If you decide to remove the line or re-clock it, you have to use fresh crush washers.

These are commonly available at auto parts stores, thankfully.

Not sure if it's possible for you, but on my Chevy I relocated the hard line so I could use a stock hose.

Well, I found one and I think Pro Comp sells one too. Skyjacker recommends drilling the removing the original from the bracket and drilling for a bolt mount.

Skyjacker

Amazon Amazon

They expensive...

I like the procomp better
