Default Wind Noise

Hello, I have a 2023 F150 STX 5.0 V8 Super Crew and there is a wind noise on drivers window/door that the dealer says is normal. Have any of you fellows experienced any wind noise lke rubber around door not sealing or window not up all the way?
Thanks in advance ,George

Same thing here... 2023 Platinum.
It's the seal on the upper left side of the driver door for me.
When fully closed, I'll get noise at highway speeds. I tap the down button real quick just to take the pressure off the seal, the noise goes away. Shoving a piece of folded paper in that upper left corner also makes it go away.
Dealer has said they see this pretty often. Said they could replace the window seal, but that will still most likely not fix the issue. Hasn't for other customers.

rjinaz, thanks for the reply, so you drop the window down ever so little to get the highway noise to stop? Is your issue the upper left when inside or outside the truck?

Hello, George. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to see how I can assist you with this wind noise concern.

I have the same problem. The dealer replaced the door seal and still the same problem. I think it’s a problem with the door alignment causing the top corner not to close tight.

Hi Hans! I can look into your F-150’s noise concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your F-150’s VIN?

my 2024 is good but my 2016 had terrible wind noise. I ended up adjusting the door at the hinges and eventually got rid of the noise. It took a few trys but eventually got it.

I now have Ford looking into my 2024 front driver door wind noise..... last time I dealt with Ford via the forum after days of back and forth they said "it's a problem I should take it to the dealer". That did not really help much.

Has anyone had better luck dealing with Ford via the forum?

good luck with this, they’re really good at offering help but they never reply. At least they didn’t for me on a previous matter.
