I understand. When you look at the after pic imagine the front door top right is even with the roof above where the rear door is tucked under it a bit. The front was adjusted in to match the rear.

I have the same noise. A fluttering at highway speed. So annoying. I crack the window and it goes away but then all I hear is the wind. Close the window back up and the flutter comes right back…

is there anything that can be done? I’ve considered a bead of clear silicone behind the seal…

I had the same thing on my 2018 XLT and I have the same thing on my new 2025 lariat. Ford still doesnt know how to hang a door.
