Just a note.... When Ford intervenes in your post do not bother wasting your time. They will engage you in days of dialogue, offer no help/assistance, and ultimately tell you to go to the dealer.

Thanks in advance ,George
Just picked up a 24 Raptor and I have the same issue. Aside from what you described, mine also makes a fluttering sound when driving over bumps. It’s driving me nuts!!! Didn’t have a single issue with my 19 Raptor. This is very frustrating! Taking it to the dealer today.

I have a 2023 Lariat with Wind "fluttering" noise from both Driver and Passenger windows. I recorded the sound/video and took my truck in (Aug 2024) to the dealer and showed them the video. After 3 days they returned my truck saying they could not duplicate, and nothing was abnormal. Drove 3000 miles on vacation and had to stuff tissue into the windows (rear uppercorners between glass and seal) to get the noise to stop or minimize. The rubber/plastic seal appears to be the culprit when wind gets underneath and makes a 'flutter' humming sound.

Why can't Ford diagnose and fix this problem?

I hope people read this and test drive their trucks prior to buying them. That’s what needs to happen, a few people bringing a truck back and telling them no thanks would go long ways. It just irritates me when you go to the dealer and he tells you they are aware of a problem and they can’t fix it.

Test drive was taken. However, cool evening, around city streets didn't produce the event unfortunately.

Same with my 23. Every morning, I push hard on that seal all the way around and can hear it going back in slightly. This usually works until the next time. Very annoying. Going over a bump hard almost sounds like the door is not fully closed. So, I don't know...door alignment or seal or both?

you just described mine exactly. Except I didn't know you could push into the seal to make it temporarily go away. So god damn annoying.

When I got my ‘24 I could see the drivers door did not align properly at the top right. I did not have any wind noise but when I rode down a road with significant bumps, the door did shake and you could hear the weatherstripping rubbing. Was a bit shocking.

Local body shop used by my dealer did the adjustment. If you looked at my door you could see top right was out and bottom left was in. When the bottom left was moved out the top right tucked in. Took all of 5 minutes.

Here are the before and after adjustment. It’s small but HUGE. Do yourself a favor and get your door adjusted if out even a bit if you are having issues. My results were night and day.

I don’t know about others, maybe it’s just me but that before and after picture is difficult for me to see the difference you’re talking about. If they were more similar pictures, it would be easier.
