Default Reverse Camera Button Not Working

So the button that allows you to turn on the reverse camera when stopped or going slow randomly stopped working on me. I use it daily to make sure I pulled far enough in the garage. Any ideas? I looked through the settings and didn’t see anything that made sense. It is still under warranty but just trying to check things off the list before I bring it in.

I found that during some of the OTA updates, my camera views would come and go. Not sure exactly why, but eventually they all returned and all function normally now. It may have been that they went away during one of the early 4.2.X updates and then came back a couple days later when the next in the series was installed. These updates came in about 1-2 days apart for me.

I am currently at OTA 4.2.4 as the last update that was installed. My Sync version is 23031.

I too have lost the working of the button after an update. Did you ever figure out how to get it back?

I haven’t gotten it fixed yet, but a member on this forum, with some connections, did reach out to me privately and let me know that the issue is caused by two modules not updating correctly.

I haven’t had time to take my truck to the dealer yet.

Little late to this but i just picked up a 21 XLT and the camera button isn't working. Were you able to take it to the dealer to get it fixed?

Did they charge you to have it updated? If so how much?
