really?
2021 XLT Power boost , 55k for a truck, and after 90 days the Navigation shuts off? which requires you to call a number to PAY for the service?
Come on FORD...thats pathetic, not to mention the service engine lights been on and off 5 different times, back to the garage 3 times? re-set and now i have the "Charging System Service Soon" light, wonder if i have to pay a subscription monthly to turn that BS light off?
I have 4300 miles on the truck, and never once got the EPA of 24MPG that it's rated, their full of poop! the truck gets 21.5 at best.
Which leads me to wonder what the hell they're going to shut off next on my truck? ..does the app come up and say insert coins for cabin air conditioning?
I don't care, It's totally ridiculous!

Wow, you drive a lot! Must be a very enjoyable truck to drive in.
My truck (not a 2021) barely acheives18 on the highway. I can barely achieve 15 with city driving.
Highway mpg is 4 mpg lower than you and you are only 3mpg off of a perfect situation. I mean the 24 is in a controlled environment and you are able to achieve almost that in real world. Well done.
I pumped in $105 of gasoline for less than 3/4" of a tank. If I could get 4 mpg more, that $105 I spent would take me a whole lot further.
Thanks for your 4500 mile update.
I thought they removed the coin slot on the new models? Used to be in the position of a 4x4 know in vehicle not 4x4 equipped.

mmmm paying to maintain the factory nav has been how its been from the start. After 90 days is that to maintain traffic info or something? Either way, thats what the map apps on your phone are for and probably better than whatever ford offers anyway.
Also if you look into the speeds traveled for those EPA numbers Id bet you've never cruised for long at that low speed - test is something like 10 minutes long and the average speed is a touch under 50mph
