I'm partial to Full Race stuff. Always high quality, always excellent fit. I'd highly recommend for the 2017 (Gen2). Good choice on upgrading intercooler. It's one of the really weak points of the 3.5 ecoboost (heat soaks really, really quickly).

+1 on this. I had a 3.5 ecoboost before my 5.0, and had Whipple had their Stage 1 ecoboost kit out at that time it would have been on that truck without a doubt. Whipple is doing some great things lately for both the Ecoboost and 5.0 trucks!

Wagner is what i have on mine and it's exceptional. The whipple is designed to fit like factory though.

So the Whipple is a derict fit and Wagner isn't? What about Mishimoto?

The wagner i got is made for the gen1 ecoboost and that's the ONLY reason it doesn't fit like stock. I dunno if they have a new one that fits properly or not.

The mishimoto looks identical to the whipple.

Full-Race makes the most effective ait to air intercooler kit for ecoboost f150s there is. That said, it's a bigger install and requires a little cutting. Garrett and Whipple make good factory location upgrade options.
