Hi! My name is Jeff. I have a 2018 F-150 Lariat crew cab 3.5 eb. I have started having trouble with my display. It is doing all the things it says on here that it is going out. It is still working right now but very slow response to touch, map shows me not where I am, phone disconnecting. I'm trying to figure out what I need before it goes out completely. Don't know if I just need apim only or display to. I also need it programmed. I can replace it. I do basic maintenance. My truck has nav, heated cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and everything else on your website. Not sure where to begin. Thanks for any help.

Shoot me an email and we can take a look at it. Based on what you’re describing it sounds like an APIM, but we can try a few things.
Just installed sync 3 from Watson Tech and I would like to thank him for such an amazing quality kit
Installation went smooth and everything snapped in place and didn't need to drill the screen brackets.
One thing to notice, the supplied USB hub adapter cable was not needed and the plug just snapped in place ( is this normal ? )
both USB works fine and Apple CarPlay works
However, everytime the car starts I receive a Warning saying 911 Assist is not operational. Can this issue be solved via ForScan?
Also the both the M steering button and the ( next - previous < > ) buttons are get stuck at 2 stations in the FM radio source and cannot go past them I can only navigate between these 2 stations. This happens after few minutes from starting
Can you still access all of the settings such as changing the exterior passcode when upgrading from MFT to Sync3 on my 2015 F150? I just want to know if there would be any potential loss of options with this upgrade.
This is a stretch, i have a 2018 lariat and i need a replacement volume **** for the radio (the like black plastic trim around mine is cracked). Do you happen to sell those?

Yes, you can still access those functions. See attached picture.
