Ditto that, when pulled over I roll all windows down, dome lights on, kill the engine, hands on the wheel and have license, CCL, and registration ready to go.

I'm over the legal tint limit in TX and was told it won't pass inspection. If it doesn't, I'll remove and re-tint the fronts after passing.

Is the windshield tint really worth it? I'm hesitant to drop $200 on it when I know I'll probably get a rock crack on my way home from getting it done!

The windshield was worth it ($125) to me, heat rejection and the look is awesome. I've never had a vehicle since 1985 without tinted windows.

I don't have tint. I don't get pulled over..

If for some reason I get some desire to violate the vehicle code and cause the police to have probable cause to pull me over, I'll keep your advise in mind.

Otherwise, why would I get stopped?

Guess I'll just ask a different question!

What type of film & brand is everyone applying to their vehicle?

I got the middle tier 3M front and back. Later on I'll get the top (crystaline?) tier carbon one for my moonroof.

You've never been pulled over for anything? I've been pulled over three times in 20 years. Unintentional speeding twice and tail light out once.

Nope. He doesn't get pulled over at all, just drives with the rear diff locked.
