Water splashing up from front hood.

I've seen waves of water going both forward and backwards on the hood as described.
No big deal.

Next think you know someone will sue Ford for distracting them with this cool water display on your hood and get into a accident.
It's not like we don't have enough buttons to play with in these trucks as it is. LOL

It rained pretty good last night and all the water that collected on the roof came waterfalling down my windshield and on to my hood when I braked leaving my driveway. Well ok, whatever, I've had plenty vehicles that did this. No biggie. Down the road I go... Now upon slowing for a red light all that water comes flying back up the hood right at the window! WTF? I'm sure others have noticed this. Has anybody experienced this and then had the problem go away after installing a bug shield? If so, my first "mod" will be a bug shield.

It happens to me all the time also. When it first happened it had rained the night before, imagine the shock when slowing down & all of the sudden it was like somebody sprayed the windshield with a garden hose....lol I can definitely say the aerodynamic engineers did their job....lol

+We have established that it happens/will happen to all of us.
+Seems most say a bug guard won't help while one said it did (I assume it depends on the design of the bug guard and how air flows under one)
+Seems most, myself included, have confirmed the front level of the truck does nothing to change this.
+All agree it will continue to happen so if you are driving in wet conditions, and have water on the hood to be prepared to turn on your wipers if they weren't on already.
