"I spent over $50k on a truck I demand better quality!" lol I seriously don't see why this is a problem?

It is kind of curious. Must be due to the aerodynamics of the truck, mine does it too. No water splashing while driving but slow down and it comes up and over the front of the hood.

I even tried applying Zaino Show Car Polish to my entire truck to see if the water would bead up and run off. That didn't work at all!!! The water does bead up like crazy, but it still ends up running from side-to-side between the two channels then eventually getting blown all over my windshield.

Waxing won't help and a bug deflector doesn't help. I have both. Actually after waxing it got worse (I think). And yes. I owned over 20 cars/trucks before. That's actually the 1st one keeping on doing it. I mean. All other vehicles did it for 2-3 minutes i drove down the road. The F150 is keeping on doing it as long water is on the hood. And it stays there for a longer time in my opinion. But that isn't a big deal for right now. I hope in the winter the water won't freeze on the windshield after washing the car.....

Because its water. Do you know how damaging water can be to a windshield? I'll be standing by for a TSB.

From what I understand it has to do with the grill shutters closing on deceleration, which changes the aerodynamic significantly, causing air to go above and below rather than into the radiator/intercooler. Makes sense to me, someone could try removing the grill shutters and verify for the sake of science but it doesn't bother me enough!

I've got a 5.0, and I believe that means no grille shutters for me.
