Can you guys please show me where did you guys mount your tweeter?
Or how can I wire tweeter to the same location with crossover on the door?
any recommendation for component speaker too?

I mounted mine on trim piece for mirrors. Works great for me, out of sight, functional, and love the sound quality !


I'm sure there's allot better installs on this forum than mine. I just made adapters to mount my 6.5" on stock location.

I'm also running Audio Control LC7i, JL 700.1 5 channel amp, JL Audio 12

W3 Power Wedge box

 

Mounted mine in the factory location.

 

I mounted mine in the factory location using plastic straps.

You might want to check out the audio forum, many of us have posted pics of their installs as well as which speakers we used. As far as the tweeter location, while the factory location might be the cleanest install, it is not the best placement for sound quality. A better location for sound quality would be the sail panels right above the door panels as a few others have already posted.
