Sync issues
My 2015 does not recognize my voice commands any more. I can answer my phone, and communicate. I manually dial and can communicate just fine. Is this something the dealer can fix. It's still under warranty. Thanks in advance for your help.

Ford IVTeam...thanks for addressing the issue for the OP...but where are you when the rest of us are asking for help with the flawed Sync 3 and MFT? I don't know how many countless threads there are about the problems with Sync 3 and never once has anyone from Ford popped in to let us know that these issues are going to be resolved and when. Just do a search and you'll see all of the complaints about Sync 3. It doesn't matter if you call Ford direct or go to a dealership...all you guys ever do is give us the runaround. That's the difference between Ford and the competition.
