Sync issues
Join the club. Ford just needs to fix all of the bugs with Sync 3. What I found is that when I disassociate my device from bluetooth and plug it into the right-hand port...it works fine (my hub is defective). Try using only one interface at a time...i.e. if you're connected via bluetooth, don't have it connected via USB and vice versa.
It doesn't work for me unless I do the above. Also, I don't think you're going to get a whole lot of help from Ford regarding this either based on how they've responded to a number of other problems on this forum.
