I'm performing the update right now. One issue that I came across was that Sync doesn't seem to like all USB drives. I tried three before I found one that was recognized by the head unit. The other error was that the first time I downloaded the file from Ford it was corrupt!

Having the same issue. I'm on Version 2.2, and can't download from the web site, getting a "Blob Not Found" error. Have wifi turned on and connected to the house, but the automatic updates and 'check for updates' doesn't work. Ford Support is of absolutely no use. Any ideas?

Have you tried an alternate browser? I used Firefox the first time I downloaded the file, the second time I used Chrome.

I've tried them all - even different computers, networks, etc. Always get the 'blob' error.
