i fallowed the instruction
1)extract the NAV install to a USB
2) from one of your Non-Nav packages, find the file GB5T-14G386-SB and copy it to the usb SyncMyRide folder
but my non nav i download does not have GB5T-14G386-SB in it. just to be sure i have 8 inch DSP

AFAIK, neither SB or SC script is packaged by ford in any official update.

Yet to see a changelog, but I noticed....
- When playing music from a usb drive, you can now rewind / ff by dragging the slider
- Nav icon is different
- New Gracenotes
- New integration for Waze
- RDS data display improved
- Others have said overall speed / snappiness has improved; I'm not sure

2) click 'check for updates'
once you've tried to search on a good source, it will turn off the reminder.
