Yes but try to reset first. If that doesn't fix it I'll repost the fix script to run with the same usb you did the install with

I lost gracenotes as well but Acool's script fixed it for me.When I first put the usb in it said installation failed.I removed it and stuck it back in and 5 minutes later it said updating. After another 10 minutes or so it completed and I had gracenotes back.I had already updated to version 3 but for some reason gracenotes did not update.

Dont even get me started on their horrendous Sync 3 CarPlay delay. As I said before, if Ford was in charge of the technical challenges in the Apollo missions Elon Musk would have been first to the moon. Ford has a long track record of announcing empty promises and poor in vehicle tech products and services.

Ok,
1)extract the NAV install to a USB
2) from one of your Non-Nav packages, find the file GB5T-14G386-SB and copy it to the usb SyncMyRide folder
3) modify the autoinstall.lst to say the following:
Then install the USB. If it completes, make sure you reboot the APIM (turn off car, open/close door, let sleep, turn on car)
Once rebooted, install 3.0 Non-Nav as you would normally

Did this exactly, but I could only find the SC file in my non-nav file. So I used that instead. The first load of the modified nav file went without a hitch. Took maybe 5 minutes. So I copied the non-nav 3.0 file to the usb and went to update. Problem is that it doesn't update. I've let it run for an hour to no avail. It just sits there with the "updating system software" text. I don't get the MEM Error however. Any clue? By the way, I'm currently on 2.2 17011.

Thanks to Au{r}oN I was able to download the file.

I had the same problem as AIRBORNE APE. the system would attempt to download via WIFI file 103602 and it would just hang.
After I downloaded it, I was successful at installing this file.
I can confirm that WAZE still is not working from IPHONE using mobile apps with this update on Sync 3 ver 3.0 build 18025.
Has anyone been able to use waze using iphone yet ? using mbile apps ? I guess the update to enable that will come later...
