I did a successful 2.2 w/ nav update via USB last night during the commute home and it completed in about 20-25min with no issues. Verified the version in my settings after having the truck shut down for about 30min.

 

'16 xlt S3 V2.0 Downloaded NoNav files. Update took 9 minutes. When the screen says "remove your thumbdrive ", do it. Otherwise the sync system will reboot and download the files again. Next startup, 2 minutes, V2.2 was alive and well. Still have to delete contact list to get older flip phones to connect. (LG Revere), Bluetooth 2.1. The bluetooth 4 in Sync 3 doesn't play nice with older phones.

 

Anyone else with issues since the official Ford update? (Files from the owner site?)

It turns my iPhone's ringer to max, which is annoying. I've been getting some other random issues too, mostly with connecting to my phone. (Bluetooth).

It doesn't even seem to recognize my phone when I plug it in.

It's an iPhone 7.

 

Hi the links for the Nav and No Nav isn't working anymore, do you have another solution to get to these Zip files.

There's some links on page 329 or 392 of the sticky thread that will send u over to the mustang forum. But do so at it own risk. I believe their link is for 3.0
