I installed iHeartRadio to test it out. Did not detect the app, I rebooted the phone and reconnected it to the car, same result.

The BT audio still works, phone calls, txt, etc too. Just seems like it has stopped finding apps, or at least these two.

Sorry to hijack op's thread,

My trucks a 2013 f150 without the ford touch,just got new iphone 5s with 9.2.1, it wont connect to my sync just keeps saying connecting on radio display in truck yet my older iphone 5s with 8.somthing would no problem, any hints?

Lol this thread should be renamed Shaay's mega-sync-thread.

Nothing that says AppLink. I hit Menu > Sync-Apps > Mobile Apps > Find new apps I'm guessing that's what AppLink is.

Are you using the regular iHeartRadio app? The reason I ask is that I noticed today that there is an iHeartAuto app now (at least for iOS). Perhaps you need to use that with Sync. The screen caps in the app store shows a Ford logo and Sync.

I did, but think it may just be this junk phone. Touch screens all wacked now to. Why does apples "updates" seem to bugger everything up. Lol 3 day old phone so il get back to ya when i get this one replaced and see if its just this phone

Glad that works, for what it is worth, I am still having trouble with Pandora. I have to sometimes stop and re start it, and other times I have to disconnect and re connect the USB. Never had it not detect it completely though. Are you iPhone or Android?

AppLink & Mobile Apps are the same. Restart your phone again and try a master reset on SYNC: http://owner.ford.com/sync-technolog...ter-reset-sync

After both are complete, pair the phone. Select the app on your phone and perform FIND NEW APPS again.
